These Terms of Service govern your use of Portify.com, a Chrome extension that transfers LinkedIn profile data to Salesforce. By installing or using Portify.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
Portify.com is operated by Tomasz and Marius, two independent professionals operating in partnership under Romanian law. References to "we", "us", or "Portify.com" refer to this partnership.
Portify.com is a Chrome browser extension that allows users to capture publicly visible LinkedIn profile information and save it as a Lead record in their connected Salesforce account. The product does not automate browsing, scrape in bulk, or interact with LinkedIn in any way other than reading the current page when you explicitly trigger a capture.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to accept these terms on behalf of yourself or your organisation. By using Portify.com, you confirm this is the case.
Access to Portify.com requires a paid subscription. We offer three plans: Standard ($5/month), Premium ($8/month), and Team ($25/month). Pricing is in USD. Subscriptions are billed monthly with no annual commitment. You may cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
You agree to use Portify.com only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with LinkedIn's and Salesforce's own terms of service. You must not:
Portify.com operates alongside LinkedIn and Salesforce but is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially integrated with either platform. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Portify.com complies with the terms of service of any third-party platforms you connect it to.
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store or have access to your credit card details. By subscribing, you authorise recurring monthly charges until you cancel.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel, you will not be charged again after your current period ends. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the product, contact us and we will review the situation fairly.
We aim to keep Portify.com running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. If we make a significant change that affects your plan, we will notify you by email with reasonable notice.
Portify.com is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or issues arising from your use of LinkedIn or Salesforce.
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Romanian courts.
